• Other information a parent may share with us such as allergy information or information on a child's special requirements

• The choir you belong to and other services you use under Budding Vocals

• Photographic and video marketing materials if consent is provided

• We store it securely and ensure only nominated employees have access for relevant company purposes

• We may analyse data such as where you heard about Budding Vocals services to help us with future marketing campaigns

• We will use your contact information such email addresses to keep you informed on information relating to your courses and from time to time to advertise new services.

• We will use your telephone number as a fast-track way to contact you should there be an emergency of any kind that relates directly to you

 

What we will not do with your information

• Send unreasonable amounts of marketing emails

• Sell or lease your contact information to other companies or individuals
