Budding Vocals presents Releasing: A Singing for Well-Being Adult Workshop.
Music has been used in different cultures throughout history in many healing rituals, and with good reason. The physiological benefits of singing have long been explored and it is widely known that singing can reduce anxiety and stress, boost mood and improve mental health due to the release of neurochemicals such as endorphins.
Have you ever heard a song and felt as though the lyrics reflected your own inner thoughts and feelings? Music is a great healer, and we are passionate about nurturing our students through their own unique vocal journey.
Releasing will help you open your throat chakra, embrace your vulnerability and build a sense of connectivity and belonging amongst your peers - by exploring breathing for singing, vocal techniques and learning uplifting harmonies from mainstream songs.
